In 2025, we delivered a specialised HR analytics training for CRDB Bank Tanzania aimed at strengthening the bank’s ability to use workforce data to support strategic human resource management. The engagement focused on building analytical capacity within HR teams, enabling evidence-based decision-making, improved workforce planning, and more effective performance and talent management.
In addition, we conducted future-readiness skills training for staff across multiple departments and generations, equipping employees with the mindset and capabilities needed to adapt to evolving workplace demands, emerging technologies, and changing organisational dynamics.
