Predictive Analytics Lab undertook two impactful projects in collaboration with the Association of Kenya Insurers (AKI). Firstly, the lab provided extensive coaching sessions on data analytics for technical staff hailing from various insurance companies in Kenya.

These workshops aimed to enhance the participants’ understanding of cutting-edge data analytics techniques, fostering a data-driven culture within their respective organizations.

The training covered topics such as predictive modeling, machine learning, and data visualization, empowering the technical staff to harness the potential of data in decision-making processes.

Secondly, the lab facilitated roundtable discussions with CEOs of diverse insurance companies, focusing on the strategic implementation of data analytics in the insurance sector. These sessions provided a platform for CEOs to exchange insights, share best practices, and explore collaborative opportunities in leveraging data analytics to optimize operational efficiency, risk management, and customer satisfaction within the insurance industry.

Both initiatives exemplified Predictive Analytics Lab’s commitment to advancing data-driven capabilities across the insurance sector in Kenya.
