Our E-Commerce Coaching Support project, sponsored by GIZ, successfully empowered four East African companies—Wazawazi, Aromakare, Dhow Nature, and Inaya Zanzibar—to enhance their understanding of markets and strengthen their e-commerce capabilities.

Employing a comprehensive 3-pronged strategy, the project utilized data analytics to extract valuable insights, created tailored tools to streamline operations and conducted extensive coaching and training sessions for staff to leverage these tools proficiently.

By addressing the unique needs of each company, the initiative not only facilitated a deeper market understanding but also equipped the businesses with the essential skills and resources needed to thrive in the digital commerce landscape. The collaborative effort between GIZ and the Predictive Analytics Lab team yielded tangible results, positioning these companies for sustained growth and success in their respective industries.
