The Role

As demand for AI adoption accelerates across sectors, we are expanding our Commercial & Partnerships team and are looking for five (5) ambitious, early career professionals to support business growth across AI advisory, enterprise consulting, and institutional engagements.

This entry level role is uniquely designed to provide exposure to:

• Enterprise Solution Commercialization: Taking innovative AI products to market.
• Institutional Proposal Development: Structuring and responding to high-level opportunities.
• Executive Training Program Packaging: Crafting compelling offerings for senior leaders.
• Corporate and Government Engagement: Supporting key stakeholder interactions.

It is the perfect launchpad for graduates who want to build a career at the intersection of AI, strategy, and institutional transformation.

What You Will Be Trained to Do:

• Support AI maturity audits and advisory engagement preparation.
• Assist in structuring and responding to corporate and government RFPs (Requests for Proposals).
• Contribute to drafting both technical and commercial proposals.
• Support the commercialization and packaging of executive AI training programs.
• Conduct market research, account mapping, and commercial pipeline development.
• Prepare pitch decks, concept notes, and business cases.
• Support engagement with senior institutional stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Public Policy, International Relations, or related fields.
• Experience: 0–3 years (internship, graduate trainee, or early career exposure).

• Prior exposure to consulting, technology sales, policy programs, or proposal writing.
